Delivery & Returns Information
We are currently offering delivery included to all mainland UK addresses for orders over £90.00. Overseas locations may incur a small delivery charge. Below £90.00 a flat rate of £8.00 will be charged.
All items are dispatched in a perfect and new condition and we trust our couriers to make the delivery to your door in the same condition. Please inspect your goods as soon as you receive them and if there is any visible damage to the packaging please note this with the courier and sign as box damaged.
Please let us know within 3 working days if the item you received is damaged by emailing sales@lightinglover.com with your order number and a description of the problem with supporting photos.
Once we receive your email, we will contact you and arrange a return and replacement.
After 7 days from receipt you shall be deemed to have accepted the goods as delivered.
If you have simply changed your mind
You can return your item to us within 14 days after you receive delivery. If you wish to do so, please first email sales@lightinglover.com quoting your order number and the reason for return.
Trade order returns are at lightinglover’s discretion.
To be entitled to a full refund, the product must be in "as new" condition and be returned in all its original undamaged packaging, including the outer packaging.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will arrange for the refund. Please note that we will only be able to refund you the original sale cost and not your return postage charge.
We highly recommend you send the product back to us by a reputable trackable service to ensure the shipment will be handled with care.
We will not be responsible for any damages caused to the item or loss of the item when being returned to us.
Bespoke and Made-to-order items are non-returnable as these are specially made for your order.
Vintage & Preloved
These items by their very nature are not new. We have selected them for their style and design and they will show signs of a past life. If you want a brand new item, do not buy vintage or preloved.
